Photography Types

Landscape is a genre intended to show different spaces within the world, sometimes vast and unending, but other times microscopic.


















Portrait Photography is captureing the likeness of a person or a small group of people (a group portrait), in which the face and expression is predominant.










































Sports photography refers to the type of photography that is used to capture action in all different sporting events










Product Photography is capturing items for sale, usually to display in catalogues and packaging









experimental/ abstract Photography is an expressive form of capturing images in a different way








HDR Photography is a set of techniques that allows a greater dynamic range between the lightest and darkest areas of an image
















Panoramic Photography is a technique of photography, using specialized equipment or software, that captures images with elongated fields of view








Macro Photography is close up photography of usually small objects
























Mirco Photography is very close up photography such as bacteria 





















Newborn Photography is photography of infants


















Space Photography is capturing images of out of earths atmosphere, such as stars and planets

















Underwater Photography is capturing images with an underwater camera usual of marine fauna and flora
